Skin coaching is suitable for those who are looking for a solution to their skin conditions, these include acne, rosacea, dermatitis, peri-oral, hormonal changes in the skin and eczema.  Our programme is comprehensive and designed specifically for you and will address the cause of your symptoms. We look at all your lifestyle factors, stress, diet and exercise as well as your topical skincare regime and any medication or supplements that you currently take. 

A skin consultation is a part of all of our facials and we will advise you on all of your skin concerns and needs. This is performed to be able to give you the best treatment. The use of a skin scanner (Woods Lamp) will also be used, this shows us what is happening with the skin that the naked eye may not see. All aspects of your lifestyle are taken into consideration, and include diet, exercise and gut health. This is essential in being able to assist you properly in your skin health journey. As part of a treatment plan photos will be taken so we can track your progress. Cost is redeemable on purchase of product.
